Taco Bell likes to mix things up on their value menus quite frequently, much more often than their competition anyway. This helps to keep things fresh in rotation, but it also means that on the occasion awesome items such as the Cheesy Double Beef Burrito get replaced by lackluster ones like the Beefy Five Layer Burrito. Yes, I’m still sour about that.
The newest addition to the Why Pay More value menu comes in the form of the Mini Quesadilla, which is essentially a white tortilla, roughly half the size of the one used for a regular Quesadilla, sprinkled with a three cheese blend which consists of cheddar, pepper jack, and mozzarella, folded over and grilled.
Essentially? Who the hell am I trying to kid, that’s exactly what it is.
Final Words:
Yes, the review is over already. There isn’t anything else I can write about. There’s no point in going into a discussion on the taste, because if you can’t imagine what cheese on a tortilla tastes like then I don’t want to talk to you. I can’t say it is worth the low price of $.89, mainly because it is sitting next to items like the Potato Burrito, Crispy Taco and Beefy Five Layer Burrito. With filling items like those, who needs this?
Not me.
Pros
- It is 89 cents
Cons
- Why would anyone want to eat just cheese on a tortilla?
Score: 5.0/10 (Mediocre)

Dude, weak. The mini quesadilla is great. Its actually a staple in my Taco Bell meal. Regular bean burrito, mini cheese quesadilla, nacho supreme and medium Sierra Mist. Its a perfect snack to eat while your driving to hold you over til you get to the rest of the food. I am gonna go ahead and assume that I am the first person looking at this review let alone writing back. Anyway you should change your review in my opinion and take 2 the hard way sister.
I love quesadillas with just cheese XD!! Yum….looks tasty 🙂
